About me

I’m Kim.  Kimberly, technically, but I prefer Kim.  Currently 21 years of age, born on October 10th 1991.  I’ve got three siblings, all of whom happen to be younger than I am.  (It is “whom” that would be used there, isn’t it?).  Born in California, but I haven’t lived there since I was a few months old.  Raised in New York, and no, not the city.

I’m that weird kid who’s lost in their own world about 95% of the time.  I tend to have no idea what other people are talking about, and end up having to look things up on UrbanDictionary way too often.  I’m so easily distracted, it’s pathetic, really.  I love laser pointers the way cats do.  I love pretending the floor is made of lava, and I’m gonna have a million cats when I have my own house.

I love cowboy boots and jeans, and I wish it was easier to curl my hair.  It hates being curled, and it’s rare when I can get the curls to stay for more than a few hours.  Most of the time, I love jeans and t-shirts (and a sweatshirt if it’s cold).  I don’t usually wear makeup.  But sometimes I just wanna wear lip gloss and mascara and pretty dresses and my cowboy boots.

Balto, Quest for Camelot, Lion King, An American Tale, and Anastasia are my favorite movies from when I was a kid.  I grew up watching Disney Channel and Nickelodeon and playing games on Neopets.  At one point, I had a subscription to Nickelodeon Magazine.

RENT is my favorite everything. Ever.  Favorite movie.  Favorite musical.  Favorite show I’ve seen (saw it at Proctors).  Favorite soundtrack.  Favorite cast in a movie.  Favorite everything.  The NeverEnding Story is one of my favorites too.  But not favorite everything.  Just movie.

I love music, but there’s no point in me picking a favorite anything to do with music.  Whatever I’m listening to at the time is my favorite.  Except for Aaron Carter’s song “I’m All About You.”  That’s a favorite all the time.  “Safe and Sound” by Taylor Swift is my most played song on iTunes.
